The use of the O Cavadelo jetty, Pasaxeiros quay and Sálvora Island quay is subject to prior authorisation. The following scenarios apply:
1. Occasional mooring, for the duration of passenger disembarkation or embarkation, for the entire year (from 01 January to 31 December) for local tourist trips or sea excursions, including the disembarkation and/or embarkation of passengers:
a) Quay on the island of Sálvora and use by passengers of both the quay and the path to the lighthouse, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes I and II.
b) Passengers quay or O Cavadelo jetty and use of the quay/jetty, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes I and III.

2. Mooring at the O Cavadelo jetty and/or jetties or berths at the Pasaxeiros quay, for a specific period requested in advance, and according to one of the following categories:
c) Recreational and/or sports boats, for private activities, which do not have a berth in Marina Vilagarcía because they exceed the maximum length or beam of the berths available at that facility and which have been duly justified, according to the conditions indicated in Annexes I and IV.
d) Commercial or sports boats which, having requested permission for a commercial or sports activity, also request a berth for that activity, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes I and IV.

3. Berthing at the Sálvora quay for the unloading and/or loading of supplies, machinery and/or personnel by a company with a contract with an official body with jurisdiction on the island of Sálvora for their transport, in accordance with the conditions set out in Annexes I and IV.
